As far as the legend goes, Falafel Cafe was founded originally by a guy from Lebanon back in 80's serving middle eastern food mostly to Life University students. In 90's Mahmood, a guy from Iran, took the ownership and added some persian items to the menu including famous Iranian kabobs, though he didn't change the name of the business.
In 2000 Reza owned the restaurant and upgraded the menu items to a whole new level, still following the tradition of keeping the original name of the business.

Diced fresh cucumbers (khyar) mixed with yogurt (maust), garnished with dried mint leaves and served with bread.

A delicious blend of pearl barley (joe) and beans cooked with fresh herbs,
topped with cream of whey and garnished with sautéed onions.

A mouth watering combination of diced cucumber, tomato and chopped fresh onions,
dressed with olive oil and lemon juice, garnished with dried mint leaves.
